- Leaves simple elliptic-oblong to lanceolate, hairy on both sides. Inflorescence 1-5 flowered. Inflorescence in axillary or terminal spikes. Flower actinomorphic, purple blue, pink or white. Corolla bell-shaped. Fruit a capsule.4-seeded.
