- Plant Description:
- Leaves compound, pinnae 5-10.Leaflets opposite glabrous above hairy below. Inflorescence terminal or axillary racemes, 30-50 cm long. Flower zygomorphic, yellow. Fruit a pod, seed 4-8.

- April-July.

- Anthelmintic, anti periodic, astringent, febrifuge. The leaves are laxative. They are applied externally to burns. The root is purgative.
