Plant Description:
Leaves compound, pinnate-bipinnate .Lealets lanceolate. Inflorescence in axillary panicles. Flower actinomorphic, yellow. Sepals -5, purplish tinged to the outside, spreading. Fruit an achene, silky and hairy.
Flowering and Fruiting:
July-September.
Harvesting Time:
September-November.
Medicinal Value:
Locally leaf extract in water is used for treatment of eczema. The plant is antiseptic and refrigerant. It is used as a gargle for ulcerated throats and also to treat dog bites.
