Habit & Habitat:
A very common perennial herb with runners and spreading reddish stem.
Taxonomic Features:
Leaves compound, 3-foliate, hairy. Leaflets obovate to rhombic-oblong, margin serrate. Inflorescence solitary. Flower actinomorphic, 1.2cm to 2cm in diameter, yellow. Sepals-5, ovate, hairy. Petals-5, oblong-obovate. Fruit subglobose, fleshy, red. Achenes red shining, ovoid.

March-September.
Harvesting Time:
July-November.
Medicinal Value:
Local use of this plant is common in jaundice and stomach acidity. Plant extract is useful in diarrhea, removes acidity and heat from stomach as a cooling agent.
